providing homeschool how-to's to homeschoolers around the world since 1989.
- Owned, established and ran Show Kids, a theater movement class,
managing over 13 instructors at a time, with over 300 enrolled children.

AS A SYSTEMS MANAGER
-- Fruehauf's
Plant and Garden Center (Boulder, Colo.), 1985.
Managed administrative work to generate systems and to improve existing
systems for higher production and greater efficiency throughout the plant,
from design room production to physical layout and marketing strategies.
At the time, Fruehauf's had fifty employees and had sales in excess of
$1.5 million.
AS AN EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

Conducted the owner's personal correspondence, handled the office work
for four store managers, answered five phone lines and worked the computer
for FTD delivery orders, devised and implemented systems in various retail
departments, and hired and trained supplemental personnel for peak seasons.
AS AN ENGLISH TEACHER

Springs (Colo.) Christian School, 1982-1984.
Supervised and established a comprehensive English program for grades
7-12, wrote 11th and 12th grade curriculum, conducted workshops in St.
Louis (MO.), Colorado Springs, and Denver, and directed 3 musicals. Teacher
of the Year award, 1983.
AS COORDINATOR OF
A GIFTED AND TALENTED PROGRAM --
Colorado Springs (Colo.) Christian School, 1981-82.
Designed and implemented the program, evaluated testing, taught classes,
and conducted workshops in St. Louis (MO.), Colorado Springs, and Denver.
AS A PRINCIPAL --
Colorado Springs (Colo.) Christian School, 1980-81.
Supervised faculty, including hiring, problem solving, scheduling,
providing and arranging for inservice training and workshops, conducting
teachers' meetings, supervising curriculum planning and buying, and budgeting.
AS A TEACHER --
St. Vrain Valley School District (Longmont, Colo.) 1972-1980.

Served on Language Arts Task Force to design and evaluate curriculum.

Published educational curriculum for R.T.D. bus service in Denver.

Conducted research and gave seminars on the effects of television on children.

Trained a Vietnamese orphan who took first place in the Stars of Tomorrow
show.

Directed a production of Hamlet adapted for elementary school, which
was then produced and aired on Channel 4 television (Denver).
